HCMUK was delighted to attend Futureworx, a new and exclusive event driven by the Construction Equipment Association (CEA) and Plantworx which took place on the 30th and 31st of March 2022 at the East of England Arena, in Peterborough.
The two-day event was a combination of VIP visits, conference speakers, presentations, and technology exhibits.
On display at Futureworx was HCMUK’s new and innovative ZE85 8-tonne electric zero-emission excavator, which made its UK debut at the event. Timo Vestvember for KTEG GmBH, gave a live interview with Peter Haddock from Content with Media, about the ZE85, which you can watch below.
Our Hitachi Connected Technology department also played a vital role in the smooth success of the show, demonstrating our recently launched CTFleet Link® a mixed-fleet telematics system, which utilises both the Hitachi API and a bespoke API developed by us.
The event gave HCMUK the opportunity to speak with key-decision makers from the construction industry and to showcase the company’s commitment to sustainability, technology and innovation that will drive the construction site of 2030 and beyond.
